LeaderSight Consulting Group provides a process of assessment and action planning to improve teamwork dynamics for leadership teams. The process entails five teamwork components that can be delivered in separate half-day meetings over five days or five weeks. It also offers a two-day meeting format in which all components are condensed into an action-oriented group process.

LeaderSight’s Team Dynamics Development helps leadership teams to gain improved teamwork perspectives and skills by addressing five keys to success. The keys are: alignment and strategy; team member style, communication and dynamics; task coordination and team member roles; problem solving and conflict resolution; and team accountabilities, action planning and results.
