Our strategic team alignment process is a facilitated leadership team meeting. It focuses on the goals, priorities, critical success factors and specific plans that will impact organizational success in both the short and long run. The business goal of strategic team alignment is to help the team attain agreement on priorities and coordination needed for growth, customer relations, innovation and market leadership. It begins with the top team for the business, and is followed by a cascading team alignment process throughout all key teams.

The process starts with executive interviews covering key issues and is followed by quarterly action plan review meetings. The team alignment conference involves an off-site, two-day meeting (or separate, one-day meetings) with a fast-paced, participative format and agenda. It covers vision, mission, roles, accountabilities, resources, barriers, performance and dynamics in a constructive, action-planning mode.
