The talent development process includes a series of developmental
activities over a period of six to nine months. It entails
an in-depth five-day workshop that includes group discussion,
team exercises, case analysis, presentations and individual
style feedback. Prior to the workshop, personal interviews
and personal style surveys are completed. The workshop is followed
by individual executive coaching and business plan analysis
over a period of six to nine months. |
