LeaderSight Consulting Group offers an in-depth talent development process targeting high potential leaders throughout the organization. This process provides a comprehensive developmental experience for these executives, encompassing growth in four principal areas that make up LeaderSight’s model of leadership development. Our model involves the following:

  • Personal insight, assessment and feedback
  • Skill building and practice activities
  • Business / culture knowledge, awareness and discussion
  • Individual growth through executive coaching

The talent development process includes a series of developmental activities over a period of six to nine months. It entails an in-depth five-day workshop that includes group discussion, team exercises, case analysis, presentations and individual style feedback. Prior to the workshop, personal interviews and personal style surveys are completed. The workshop is followed by individual executive coaching and business plan analysis over a period of six to nine months.
