Our coaching process is a mutually agreeable, confidential
feedback and advisory relationship between an executive and
the coach. The purpose of executive coaching, which is generally
engaged by the organization, is to improve the executive’s
effectiveness and value to the company, positively impacting
business results. The coach serves as a trusted advisor for
the duration of the process.
Executive coaching is offered in three general formats:
Level 1 at three months; Level II at six months; and Level
III at 12 months.
