OUR CORE ASSESSMENT PROCESS involves a confidential executive review that conveys unvarnished feedback to a selected key executive regarding the executive's strengths and weaknesses.

OUR SUCCESSION ASSESSMENT REVIEW PROCESS is an optional level of review that adds personal style assessment and 360-degree survey analysis to targeted interview data.

In both cases feedback is provided to the executive and the immediate boss in a summary report and separate feedback meetings. The review focuses on the executive's perceived leadership style, strengths, weaknesses and primary opportunities. This summary utilizes 360-degree interviews, gathering information from direct reports, peers, the manager, and others as required. The process offers in-depth areas to improve. Results allow the executive to take his/her contribution to a higher level.
